White Rose DTC STS Pathway Event: Reading the Classics

 

We are planning a lively morning of snappy, visual Pecha Kucha presentations which explore the significance and usefulness of classic STS texts, followed by discussions.

 

To prepare for the day please create a Pecha Kucha presentation to present. Pecha Kucha is a fun way to present a topic quickly using visuals. It is increasingly being used at international conferences and this event offers a valuable opportunity to try out your ideas in a supportive environment.

 

The topic of the Pecha Kucha is: your favourite classic STS text and why it is relevant to your research.

 

Pecha Kucha presentations follow a 20×20 format: 20 slides, 20 seconds per slide. Timing is crucial and the presentation should last no longer than 6 minutes 40 seconds. Use automatic timings to move your slides on at the right time.
