Job Opportunity – Industrial Strategy Partnership Manager

We are looking to recruit a driven and creative individual as our Industrial Strategy Partnerships Manager who will be based in the SSPIKE team at University of Sheffield, working closely with similar posts at the University of Leeds and York, and with the White Rose DTP Director. You will be responsible for the delivery of the University of Sheffield’s Social Sciences Faculty’s strategy for industry engagement, ensuring the University is well-placed to take advantage of opportunities such as the Government’s Industrial Strategy (IS).

This post will also coordinate skills training and act as a change agent in promoting awareness, brokering partnerships and facilitating dialogue between researchers, business and industry, focused on emerging IS/ISCF priorities and opportunities.

You will act as a shared resource between the Faculty and the WRDTP, funded by the ESRC Impact Accelerator Account, working to promote industry engagement through a range of mutually beneficial activities and outputs.
