Date & Time: Wednesday 23 May 2018, 10am – 4pm

Venue: University of Sheffield Management School, Conduit Road, Sheffield, S10 1FL

We would like to invite all PhD students on the SMP Pathway, and those on related Pathways, to attend and present their doctoral research to an informed audience of academics and researchers. 1st year students can outline their future research plans and see the experience as an opportunity to share their work; 2nd years can present their initial research findings/results; and 3rd years can present their research with contributions and implications.

Keynote speaker

Professor Seonaidh McDonald is a Professor in the Aberseen Business School, Robert Gordon University. Seonaidh’s research interests centre on sustainable consumption practices and are underpinned by qualitative research methods.

Seonaidh has successfully supervised a wide range of doctoral students. Currently she welcomes applications from research students from any disciplinary background with a track record in qualitative research who are hoping to understand a specific aspect of individual sustainable consumption. She is particularly interested in applications which would require supervision drawn from more than one School within RGU.
