Doctoral Academy Viral Video Challenge 2016 #RepresentYourResearch

April 4, 2016

We are excited to announce that the Doctoral Academy is running its #RepresentYourResearch viral video competition!

The competition is a call for PGRs to explain their research in an engaging, interesting or entertaining way in a 1-2 minute video. The finished videos are a great way to share your research and why it’s relevant to the University community and beyond!

The Most Viewed Video gets a £100 prize while the Director’s Choice video gets an Amazon Kindle Fire.

Never made a video before? No problem! The Doctoral Academy and CiCS are running two crash-course sessions on shooting, directing and editing your videos for free. Gain these valuable skills for your studies and beyond.

For more information, details of the competition and to find out the dates of the video making course, which is provided by CICS, visit the Doctoral Academy Portal.
